Jennifer Aniston recently got her first tattoo as she had the name Norman tattooed on her right foot.  The tattoo has significant meaning to Jennifer Aniston as it is her way of honoring her beloved Welsh corgi/terrier mix who passed away in May.
Photographers first captured photos of Jennifer Aniston’s new tattoo as the she walked through New York City earlier in the week.  Earlier in the week, Jennifer Aniston appeared emotional when talking about her deceased dog Norman during a taping of Inside the Actors Studio.  When asked by James Lipton (the host of Inside the Actors Studio) to reveal her “favorite word,” Jennifer Aniston said, “Norman,” with a tear in her eye.

From far away, the grey blur on Jennifer Aniston’s foot looks like a dirt smudge.
But up close, it’s actually a tattoo of her dog’s name Norman, who passed away in May.
At 42-years-old, the skin art seems slightly out of character for our favorite friend.
But we can’t say we’re surprised.
Moving in with new boyfriend Justin Theroux after dating only a short time.
And sporting matching bands with him on that oh-so-important ring finger.
The star has been full of surprises lately.
And getting ink’ed?
Well when you’re dating a bad boy like Theroux…
It’s about as far from good girl as you can get.

The 42-year-old actress showed off her first tattoo while walking around NYC earlier this week.
The tat on the inside of her right foot reads “Norman,” her rep told People.
Jen later got a a bit teary telling James Lipton on Inside the Actors Studio that it’s her favorite word.
Norman was Jennifer’s Welsh corgi-terrier mix, who died in May at 15 years old.

The 42-year-old Horrible Bosses actress paired a black vest and a dark tank and blue jeans for her day out on the town.
Jennifer recently chatted with ET Canada about her new foot tattoo in memory of her beloved dog, Norman.
“My baby who just passed away….I never thought that would ever happen, it’s just my way to pay homage to him…forever,” she said. Norman passed away in May at the age of 15.
